MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD CHAIRMAN

Ladies and gentlemen,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, FINANCIAL HOUSE SA thanks you for coming in number  to attend the inauguration of our Littoral Regional office.
By responding to our invitation, you have shown once again, your trust in our institution. I seize this opportunity to thank the staff, customers, and our various partners who, for more than eight years, are contributing to the development of this company that operates in a very risky and highly competitive environment. 
The branch we are inaugurating today is the fifth in our network and the best in terms of design as you can see.

Dear guests, valued customers and partners, I must admit our business is doing very well.

FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because we comply with the regulations set by the Banking Commission and the Ministry of Finance in Cameroon. FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because in eight years of activity, we were able to build a positive image in both the financial sector and to the general public. FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because by the 31st of December 2011, the number of customers reached 20,000. FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because our bottom line rose from 500 million on December 31st 2005 to more than 10 billion by December 31st 2011. 

FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because the customers’ deposits have reached $ 10 billion in December 31st 2011, which shows great trust from the Cameroonian public. FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because we have supported our customers by issuing loans of more than 4 billion in 2011.  FINANCIAL HOUSE SA is doing well because we have liquidity. Her availability of cash on December 31st 2011 amounted to over 6 billion.  We thank you Ladies and Gentlemen, for bringing more light to this celebration.
