The management council is composed of the Head of Divisions and Branch Managers. It is led by the Chairman of board of directors and the General and Deputy General Manager.

This meeting is held twice a year. The first one aim at setting goals to achieve in the beginning of the fiscal year. The second aim at evaluating mid-term achievement of the goals and setting new ones.

To follow the tradition, on July 11^th and 12^th 2014, Financial House S.A held her management council meeting to evaluate activities of the first term of 2014. At the end of this meeting, satisfied with the work done by each manager during the semester, the president also recommended to work harder and advised the managers and head of divisions to follow the new vision of the company as inscribed in the strategic document approved by the board of directors. In short this document has to be the bible of all the managers to achieve the strategic goals of 2014-2016.
